Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied :

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all price tags intact with packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Please ensure your bank details are listed in your Twirosa Account so we can refund the balance directly to your bank account. No cash refunds.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For any exchange, replacement will be shipped once the return is approved.
